3rd SKILL LEVEL COMPETENCY

We conduct trade testing & make sure that the candidates are best prepared for the job as specified in their skill specialization and lastly,

4th PRE-PHYSICAL, MENTAL & MEDICAL EVALUATION

We emphasize this as must criteria for each candidate to undergo to minimize rejection and unwanted repatriation of recruits which may jeopardize deployment and causes man-hour loses to our clients.
